North Sound Technology Advisory is an independent technology advisory practice based in Edmonds, Washington. The website is available atnorthsoundadvisory.com.

Information collected

If you send an inquiry through the website contact form, you may provide:

• Your name
• Business name
• Email address
• Type of assistance requested
• A description of your project or question

The website does not use advertising trackers, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager. Pages do load the Source Serif 4 and Source Sans 3 typefaces from Google Fonts, so a page view sends that font request to Google.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare provides the hosting network and security services, and may process standard request data such as IP address and browser information for that purpose.

How information is used

Inquiry details are used to understand whether an engagement may be a fit and, if so, to reply by email. The practice does not sell this information and does not use it to build advertising audiences.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact-form submissions for automated abuse. The form is then processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function and passed through a bound Cloudflare Worker, which uses Cloudflare Email to deliver the inquiry to the practice. Cloudflare may retain operational logs of those requests under its own terms. This notice does not set a retention period. The delivery mailbox is not published on this website.

Emergencies

Website inquiries are not monitored for emergencies, outages, or urgent technical incidents.
